Size Guide

 

1. Neck
Measure around the thickest part of the neck.

2. Chest
Measure around the widest part of the chest.

3. Back Length
Measure from the base of the neck (shoulder blades) to just before the base of the tail.

We recommend taking measurements while your dog is standing upright in a natural position.

Spray water evenly over the entire product to moisten it.
Gently press with your hands to ensure the moisture is absorbed evenly.
Avoid soaking the product in water, as this may make it excessively heavy.
For added comfort, wipe off any excess water from the inner side with a dry towel after spraying.
If the surface dries out during use, simply reapply water to reactivate its cooling effect.

This product is machine washable.
To prevent fabric damage, we recommend washing it separately or using a laundry net.
Do not use a dryer or iron. Air drying in the shade away from direct sunlight is highly recommended.
After washing, gently spin-dry and let it dry completely in a well-ventilated, shaded area.
Avoid high-temperature washes or rapid cooling, as they may affect the product’s functionality.
Do not wring or twist excessively, as this may damage the internal CAF material.
Temporary watermarks (yellowish or blurry edges) may appear on light-colored products. This is a normal phenomenon caused by natural evaporation of moisture.
These marks will naturally fade with washing and repeated use.
