Exchange Policy (Hong Kong Region)

Scope of Service: Products are eligible for exchanges only; strictly no refunds. Requests must be submitted via Return & Exchange Request within 7 working days upon receipt of the item.

Exchange Conditions: Exchanges are strictly limited to size changes. Items must be returned in brand-new, original condition (tags intact, unwashed, with no visible signs of wear, stains, or odor).

Shipping & Price Differences: Customers are responsible for round-trip shipping fees (SF Express fees to send items to Merlot Studio HK and for the new item delivery, ~HK$50 per leg). If the price difference for the new size is under HK$50, no additional charge will be incurred.

Quality Control & Logistics Risk: All items undergo strict quality inspection before dispatch. The customer assumes all risks associated with item loss or damage during transit.
