Shipping Timeline

• In-Stock Items: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
• Special Sizes & Out-of-Stock Styles: Please allow approximately 14 days (2 weeks) for shipping. We appreciate your patience.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an SF Express tracking number via email. You can track your package in real-time on the SF Express official website.

Shipping Rates

• Orders under $399: A shipping fee of $50 applies.
• Orders $399 and above: Free Shipping.
• Grand Opening Offer: Enjoy Free Shipping storewide until August 31, 2025.
